1. Platform Overview

TestLaunch Pro is a paid testing marketplace. Developers ("Buyers") purchase campaigns to acquire real Google Play closed-testing opt-ins and structured feedback. Testers ("Earners") complete testing assignments and earn cash payouts. By using TestLaunch Pro, you agree to these Terms.

2. Developer Terms

Campaign purchases are non-refundable once testers have been assigned and the campaign is active.
You must own or have authorization to publish the app being tested. Submitting apps that violate Google Play policies, contain malware, or are fraudulent is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
Your Google Play test URL must remain active and accessible for the duration of the campaign. Failed tester opt-ins due to closed test link removal are not refundable.
You must grant/verify tester access (Google Group or closed-test opt-in) promptly once a tester claims a slot. If 3 tester slots in a row expire because you did not grant or verify access in time, or the app was not actually ready to test, your campaign is automatically paused and hidden from new testers. This is not refundable — you can resume the campaign yourself once you're ready to grant access.
Feedback reports and CSV exports are for your personal/business use. You may not resell structured feedback data commercially.
Chargeback or payment dispute filed without first contacting us results in immediate account suspension and may be pursued legally.

3. Tester Terms

You must genuinely download, install, and test the assigned app for the required duration (minimum 14 days on the Google Play beta track).
Feedback must be honest and original. Submitting fake screenshots, AI-generated reviews, or fraudulent completion claims will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of your entire earnings balance.
You must maintain an active Google Play account and keep the tested app installed for the full campaign duration unless the app is removed by the developer.
Earnings are paid out to your registered payout account once minimum thresholds are met. Payout processing times depend on your selected payout provider.
Earnings may be withheld pending fraud review. Fraudulent activity results in forfeiture of your entire balance.

4. Tester Payouts

Tester payouts are processed through one of the following methods:

Stripe Connect — direct bank transfer (primary method, available in supported countries)
Tango — digital gift cards and reward links (global, 225+ countries)
Wise — international bank transfer (available in most countries)

Payout minimums and fees:

Standard cashout: $10.00 minimum — no fee
Early cashout: $2.50 minimum — $0.50 fee deducted from your payout

Payout availability depends on your country and may vary. Available methods are shown in your account settings.

5. Surveys

TestLaunch Pro offers optional paid surveys through third-party providers. Survey participation is entirely optional and does not affect your testing earnings or account status. By participating in a survey, you agree to provide honest, independent responses. Submitting false, automated, or coordinated survey answers is prohibited and may result in earnings reversal and account suspension.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

Using bots, emulators, or virtual devices to simulate testing
Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple campaigns for the same app
Coordinating fake feedback with other users
Submitting apps containing spyware, ransomware, or malicious code
Submitting fraudulent, automated, or coordinated survey responses

7. Platform Fees

TestLaunch Pro charges campaign fees to developers as listed on our pricing page. Tester payout amounts are specified per campaign. Platform fees are subject to change with notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TestLaunch Pro is not liable for Google Play policy changes, app rejections by Google, or tester behavior outside our platform. Our maximum liability is the amount paid for the specific campaign at issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
