TestLaunch Pro ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Tipity Labs, is a paid app testing marketplace. Developers purchase tester campaigns to acquire real testers for Google Play closed testing. Testers earn money by downloading, testing, and submitting structured feedback on Android apps. Testers may also earn through optional paid surveys available on the platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information for both user types.

Developers: To process campaign payments, match your app with qualified testers, deliver structured feedback reports, and provide campaign analytics and CSV exports.
Testers: To assign available testing campaigns, verify completion and opt-in status, calculate and process earnings, and disburse payouts to your selected payout method.
All users: To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, communicate platform updates and support responses, and improve platform functionality.
Feedback you submit as a tester (screenshots, written responses) is shared with the developer who purchased that campaign. Tester identities are not disclosed to developers — feedback is anonymized from the developer's perspective.
Tester payouts are processed via one of the following providers depending on your country and selected method:
Your payout account information is shared with the applicable provider as required to complete your payment. Each provider's privacy policy governs handling of your financial data.
TestLaunch Pro offers optional paid surveys through third-party survey providers. When you participate in a survey, your demographic information and survey responses are shared with the survey provider. We currently use CPX Research for survey delivery. Additional providers may be enabled in the future. Survey participation is always optional — declining surveys does not affect your testing earnings or account status.
We do not sell personal data. We share data with: Stripe (developer payments and Stripe Connect tester payouts), Tango and Wise (tester payouts where applicable), CPX Research (survey delivery), Google Firebase (database and authentication), and Google Cloud (hosting). All sharing is strictly for operating the platform.
To delete your account and associated data, email support@tipitylabs.com with subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process within 30 days. Payout transaction records may be retained for legal and tax compliance for up to 7 years.
TestLaunch Pro is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
