How to Delete Your Account
You can request account closure inside the signed-in app from Account & Data Deletion in your profile menu. You may also email support@tipitylabs.com from the same email address used on your TestLaunch Pro account.
What Gets Deleted
When a deletion request is verified, TestLaunch Pro deletes or anonymizes: your login profile, tester profile, screen name, device details, bio, and other personal account data. Your account is permanently closed and cannot be recovered.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for: transaction history, payout ledger, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, duplicate campaign participation prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, tax, and accounting purposes.
Final Balance Payout
If you have an approved unpaid tester balance at the time of account closure, it will be paid to your connected payout account when available. No early-cashout fee is charged for closure payouts.
